Feedback gevenNew girl was working on the register and was struggling a little. I understood, she was new and getting some practice in. It wasn’t busy plus I was in no rush so everything was okay. But then, a brunette lady walked up from the back (I am guessing her manager) and started yelling at her and rudely correcting her. Not a good experience, and I feel bad for the mistreatment in the workplace. I also hope they find a new manager because that woman is going to run the business into the ground.
Went in and out twice to make sure I had the right code. Was never greeted. My order was not in the pickup machine even though I placed the order on the app. The guy there stocking the soda said I had to ask for it. I said why I used the app, the order was done why wasn't it ready in the box, they said they didn't know why it wasn't in there.The man got argumentative. If they aren't using the pickup box they should be greeting the customers instead of being left waiting while other customers got waited on.The man was rude the girl was working all by herself with no help. He seems lazy.Good is always good, will update if that changes when I get home.
Love their pizza Vegetarian options: My sister in law has a allergie with real cheese but when she orders pizza& brings her cheese in little Caesars is very willing to use her cheese on her pizza.
Awful customer service.Terrible quality. (Pizza often undercooked and never cut all the way through)
The pizza and all that was great. Other than the fact i order the call of duty combo and the young gentleman behind the counter threw the receipt with the code on it in the trash and wasn't able to reprint it.
