I was surprised to see that this restaurant only has two reviews, considering its location at the base of the mountain. It's a great spot for a quick meal or a drink in between ski runs, or if you're in the area and craving a sandwich. They offer a variety of snacks, cold beers, and I tried the vegetarian wrap which was delicious with avocado, carrots, cucumbers, and more. It was light and fresh, not too filling. The price was a bit higher than expected, around $9-$10, but reasonable. They also had a tasty chowder as the soup of the day, but we opted for the wrap as it was more convenient for us on the go. There are a few small tables available for dining in, or you can enjoy your meal outside on benches. While it's not a formal dining spot, they have made the most of the space available.
I popped in for a coffee. Although we had already eaten lunch, I couldn't resist trying one of the sandwiches advertised on the menu board. They had Little Town Jerky meat in the cooler! The beer selection was great and they also offered a daily soup option.
This restaurant is a great spot for sandwiches. It operates like a convenience store, but is only open during the winter ski season.
There is nothing to complain about, but there is also nothing particularly outstanding. The restaurant offers a variety of winter sports amenities, but the prices are on the higher side due to its location on the mountain. If you don't mind spending a little extra money, feel free to visit.
