Bonefish Grill Boynton Beach

What an amazing experience we had with Charlotte! It was one of those tough days, and we chose to visit this Bonefish location. The manager, Charlotte, along with our server, Tabbi, made it truly special! They showed so much empathy, patience, and warmth—truly exceptional service. Thank you, Team Charlotte! This will definitely become our go-to dining spot!

Enjoyed a delightful dinner, food and service was very good. The only complaint was that we had a reservation for 6 pm, we were told it would only be a few minutes and had to wait for 40 minutes. Several people who had reservations after our 6 pm one were seated ahead of us. Finally I stood at the reception desk until they sat us.

It’s understandable that it was a busy Tuesday night, but we did have to wait a bit for the host to greet us. We were seated at a booth that still had crumbs from the previous guests. However, Jared provided excellent service and communicated well throughout our visit. There was a slight mix-up with one of our dishes, but Jared promptly took care of it and ensured everything was resolved quickly. A big thank you to the kitchen for preparing the missing dish so swiftly. Unfortunately, Sabrina, who brought out our initial dishes, was rude and disrespectful. On a positive note, our meals were delicious, and we absolutely loved the cheesecake for dessert.

I was there on Saturday and had the Winter White Cosmo with the Bang Bang Artichokes. Sat at the bar as I always do because Andy is such a pleasure! He makes great drinks, has a wonderful personality and is always very attentive. Food and drinks were great and the service was top notch.

Since moving to B Beach, I've been enjoying quality meals from B Fish. That was the case until this afternoon around 4:30 PM. I ordered my regular sirloin steak and shrimp meal, which I've relished many times before. Unfortunately, this time, the sirloin steak was inedible and covered in fat. It went straight into the trash, and I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Let's hope this meal was prepared by a backup chef or a busboy who thought they could pass off this fatty steak to a DoorDash customer. Despite this experience, I plan to keep ordering from Bone Fish. - Wayne
