Feedback gevenWhen I arrived, the staff were on their phones and didn’t seem interested in their work at all. The food was overpriced and not very good. The bacon cheeseburger was decent, but the fries were burnt and looked old. It’s clear that this reflects poor management, as the manager seems indifferent to the operation of this location. For the high prices, I expected much better quality. I paid $18 for a bacon cheeseburger, regular fries, and a small drink, but it was definitely not worth it. You can and should do better.
I then asked our server, Myrna, if I could speak to the owner, but she informed me that Marc was the GM. When I asked if the actual owner was present, she said he was not, but would check on it. Eventually, the owner, Phil, came to our table to ask what was wrong. I explained the situation, but just moments later, Marc returned with an attitude and began raising his voice, directly contradicting Phil's efforts to manage the situation. I was shocked by how he behaved toward both the customers and the owner. Phil tried his best to resolve the issue, but then Myrna came out visibly upset because Marc had sent her home unfairly, claiming she had overstepped her bounds by speaking to the owner. The reality was she had approached him first, as any concerned employee would. It’s unfortunate to say that if Marc remains in this role, I will not be returning to this BurgerFi. However, I do want to thank Myrna and Phil for their attempts to address the situation. They deserve a better General Manager, as Marc clearly needs to rethink his career path and learn more about customer service.
I have always loved their burgers! I’ve been enjoying them since I was about two years old, so it was nice to see some changes on the menu. I ordered a burger with bacon, but it came without it. The manager was very attentive and made sure to get the bacon for me, even coming over to check that everything was satisfactory. I really appreciate that! Of course, I’ll be back. One request though: please consider bringing back the angry or something similar. Thank you!
The staff were amazing but they didn't have a public bathroom and their fries are the absolute worst. I'm not sure why some places pride themselves on their fries when they are both soggy and burnt. Gross. The Churro Banana smoothie was incredible tho, so I didn't take all the points off.
THE MILK ARE GOOD AT BURGER Fi... I HAD THE VANILLA AND MY HUSBAND HAD THE CHOCOLATE... MY HUSBAND ENJOYED A CHEESEBURGER AND WE SHARED THE URBAN FRIES TOGETHER...
