Feedback gevenI ordered a burger, fries, and onion rings to go from this restaurant. The fries were overcooked and dry, tasting like cardboard. The onion rings were greasy and the burgers were undercooked and cold. I hope I don't get sick from this meal.
My issue was simple. I placed my usual order for 7/6/2022 on my way home. When I arrived to pick it up, they did not have the order ready. I showed them the receipts that included some reward points, and they said it wasn't a problem. They explained that the mistake likely occurred because I had chosen the wrong location. They could see from my order history that I had never ordered from the Gateway location. They advised me to call the Gateway location to cancel the order, and they would then place the order at the West Boynton location. I followed their instructions and the Gateway location canceled the order, but told me to contact Korp for the refund. I had paid for my order at the West Boynton location, collected my food, and went home. I filled out the online form twice, requesting to be contacted, and also sent an email. I have proof of both submissions. I received no response. Even if they had simply reached out to apologize and deny the refund, I would have been understanding. But for $15, if the customer service team does not respond to customers, they risk losing a loyal customer. It is clear from their response that no one is reading the reviews. I have been a loyal customer, but because of the lack of communication and follow-up, I am disappointed. I filled out the forms, submitted the receipts, and left a review, yet their response indicated they were happy with my visit. If they do not have a functioning customer service team, they should not claim to have one.
After reading numerous 5-star reviews, I couldn't help but wonder who wrote them. While the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, the food was disappointing. The ketchup on the hamburger was the only thing that made it bearable, and the onion rings lacked flavor. Additionally, the prices were high. I think I'll stick to Wendy's next time.
I was there on Saturday as if I had gone every Saturday for the last two plus years. the new manager would not say a bill larger then a $20, although my total $49.00 said it was politics there was no sign saying so) wanted to go to another store to never go back the billwill.
This place went down hill fast new manger does not care about customers will never go back
