Chili's Grill - Boynton Beach

The personal was super friendly. eating is cheap, but it was cold, didn't taste so good. the drinks were quite good. restaurant floor was super rough, a budding dirty serviette held the legs of the table.

Let us know that this is chili, so the expectations should be set correctly if they are not familiar with the menu, atmosphere or thema google it first. that is, we eat at this place half frequently, and in this special Saturday night we chose it because there is no waiting time (in contrast to the ale house next door that we tried it first) that is theoretically something because it should almost always be a waiting time around here Saturday night. but we had a very positive experience. our server was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to take care of its tables. he even offered to reimburse a margarita who ordered my wife that tasted a bit like dirty hustensirup (we refused, she ordered only another type and it was in order.) chips and salsa were welcome and tasted fresh. the fajitas were good, exactly the right size for two of us, and our son enjoyed his meal and special blue drink and enjoyed his dessert. was it a unique culinary experience brought together with unusual fresh ingredients on a special way? No, that is not what chili is. it is a consistent menu and experience and if the personal works well (and this personal was) it is very pleasant.

No great experience. we sat in the bar and our table was still dirty. the host came by and wiped it with a paper cloth without purer. not a big thing I took the bottle and made it myself. our server asked if our table was cleaned and we told him. a manager shows us that the hostess sprayed the paper cloth. that was not the case, but whatever. I'm a reward member, but my rewards weren't coming, so I mentioned it on our server. He said he'd take care of it, but that never happened. eating was great, but we just felt like the customer service was missing something.

It wasn't so busy, we're just gonna drink a drink and sit in the bar. there were 5 of us, they did not seem to want us to sit in the bar area, but we did it anyway. the bartender was not friendly at first, but we laughed and had a good time so that they lightened up something. all our experience was good, we would go back.

Had the nerves to have 1 server on a busy Saturday night. They had so many empty tables, but yet, did not want to sit anyone to them due to the server was the only server they wanted to wait until 1 table got up then the next sit. Ridiculous...I could see if they were short cooks, but all the server did was take the order on a tablet moved to the next...we could have been seated.
