Feedback gevenI've been a regular at this location for over a year, and I have to say that the staff and customer service were fantastic. However, two weeks ago, I noticed that all the familiar faces were gone, replaced by a completely new team. This was a bit disappointing, but I understand that's how business works. Throughout the past year, I was consistently satisfied with the service, and I never had any issues. Unfortunately, due to the staff change, I ended up having to return three times to get my order right, which was quite frustrating. I think it's time for me to explore other options.
The staff at the restaurant are friendly, and mobile orders are typically ready on time, which is fantastic. However, lately, they’ve struggled to manage the rush between 7:30 and 8:00. They could use more help during this busy period, as wait times can sometimes exceed 15 minutes.
I go in to give the staff the advantage of the doubt and 8/10 it is always a disappointment. This morning I asked twice and was still regularly. each speaks either with one another or text. I'm glad my last two visits were clean. normally it is not. and yes, I know when I drink regular coffee vs decaf. I get headaches with regular coffee.
This morning, (8/31) the service was excellent, so friendly. the man who served me today was so nice, it says stanley on my reception, thanks to them, and the woman who worked with them this morning to make the beginning of my day extra.
This location is absolutely atrocious. From customer service to wrong orders. If someone comes in for their morning coffee boost, as an employee you should greet with a smile and be cheerful being that you are starting someone's day. Why do you choose to work somewhere your not happy? Beyond me. But I'm tired of the poor hospitality I've experienced. It seems to be a younger person problem. I think hiring older people would be better as they are more patient. Giving attitude is not in the handbook. I'm a chef and in the restaurant culture, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.. our business is what gives your staff hours and if this continues, I don't see why a boycott shouldn't be put in place and make y'all lose business or shut down. Get your staff in order!
