Dunkin' - Boynton Beach

Dear DD, I have to say this is one of the worst places I've visited. Every time I go, the staff are either on their phones, yelling back and forth, or just generally not paying attention. It’s frustrating! They should take a moment to step outside and jog for two minutes to clear their heads.

The woman working there is the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered. I witnessed her picking something up off the floor while wearing gloves, and then using those same gloves to prepare food for customers. I can't return to this place and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. I couldn't stay any longer after seeing that and left immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’m not sure if the staff is struggling in some way, but I’ve never experienced such poor service and rude behavior—especially from the female employee. The male employee seemed a bit confused, though I can’t blame him for that. It’s concerning that the manager is aware of the issues yet hasn’t taken any action. This is truly unacceptable.

At 15 o'clock it was about a coffee. not a hired and not a customer within a self-sufficiency. it felt like a movie. I think this is my first time to go into a facility and there was not a person inside, I would have taken all donuts and ran out the door no one would have known.

Great cold brew and fresh coffee rolls on a Friday morning ! Service was fast and not too many people around at 11am. So convenient if you are staying at the Avalon Estates !
