Feedback gevenMcDonald's has been a staple in our community for 25 years, and I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for their service. Whether I'm craving a crispy hash brown, a savory sausage burrito, or any item from their breakfast menu, I know I can count on them for a quick and satisfying meal. Plus, their sodas for just a dollar can't be beaten! Thank you, McDonald's, for all that you do. God bless you!

I believe there's a need for better training for staff when it comes to using the mobile app for drive-thru orders. There have been instances where they claim they can't find my order in the system, even though I can clearly see it on my phone. After going through that hassle, I head to the curbside pickup spot, select "Curb Pickup," and enter my location. Surprisingly, once I do that, they manage to find my order and bring it out after a bit of waiting. It just doesn't make sense. It seems like it would be much quicker for them to figure out how to use the Drive-Thru Pickup option from the start. Out of every five visits, I might encounter one employee who really understands how the system works. I really think staff need better training! Using the mobile ordering system should be quicker and simpler for everyone involved. I wouldn't have to repeat my order, and they wouldn't have to manually enter it, which saves time for both parties and makes the process more efficient.
The experience was disappointing, starting with the rather rude young man with dreadlocks who directed the drivers. The manager was ineffective and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns or solving any issues. It's unfortunate that this location has such unprofessional staff. The manager was more focused on arguing than finding resolutions, which only added to the frustration. It should be a fast food restaurant, but the service is far from efficient. The franchise owner really needs to consider hiring better employees.
The restaurant is now open and has implemented extensive social distancing measures. Please note that the self-service beverage station and self-ordering kiosks are currently closed.
