Mcdonald's - Boynton Beach

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and delicious. I adore the ambiance of the place, and the staff were extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning for another meal.

I wish I could give them a zero. I went there to stand up for myself and others who have been mistreated. They falsely accused me of stealing a mask and physically restrained me. After a 10-minute ordeal, I left feeling shaken and disheartened.

This is consistently the worst McDonald?s I've been there before! Not 10 seconds after pulling off the drive, a taste of my fries was cold. At home, less than 2 minutes later my Big Mac was dried out and cheese was missing. It serves me to go back, but I don't know how they stay in business. Oh, and I forgot they were from Diet Coke!

After waiting 25 minutes to order a medium fry, and despite giving them the coupon code, they still charged me the wrong amount and claimed it didn't work. It would be helpful if they hired employees who were proficient in English, but I suppose they still deserve a 15-minute win.

Nice store, with friendly polite employees. They were out of hot mustard, but McDonald's has so many great sauces. Cheeseburgers are only $1.19 and the new bakery items look delicious. Customers sit far apart and employees wear masks at all times. And they were constantly cleaning.
