Feedback gevenI have to admit, I'm not usually a Subway fan, but when my friend brought home a delicious sandwich, I decided to give it a try myself. So, I ordered from the nearest Subway to my workplace, which happened to be this location, using their mobile app for the first time. After placing my order, I left work to pick it up and waited in my car until I received a notification that my food was ready. Upon entering the restaurant, I was met with a long line stretching out the door—understandable given the current staffing shortages. However, I noticed a designated "Pickup" area. I walked over and waited patiently for a lady who was finishing her order in front of me. I planned to let the staff know I was there to pick up my sandwich once she was done. Out of nowhere, a sandwich artist asked if I was picking up, and I replied that I was. She threw up her hands and exclaimed, "Well, obviously it's not ready yet!" as she closed the oven door, which I assumed was for my sandwich. I shrugged it off and stood there waiting. The woman at the front was very nice and even suggested I take a seat. At this point, the line had one gentleman who was ordering three sandwiches. While the rude employee started making my sandwich, the man noticed and kindly said, "You can start on her small one; I know I have a big order." He smiled at me, but the rude employee retorted, "No, she can wait." At this moment, I had already been there for over 30 minutes of my one-hour break, and the guy turned around to apologize for the situation. Eventually, the employee just handed my sandwich to me, practically sliding it across the counter. This experience exemplifies why I generally avoid Subway. The customer service was abysmal! I won't be returning to this location—what a complete waste of time, money, and energy.
I’m disappointed that they don’t accept company coupons anymore. I used to really enjoy this place, but they refused to honor my coupon, even though they accepted it just the week before. I won’t be returning to this location since they seem to pick and choose when to accept coupons.
The phone is not working, and I can't reach the store after I left.
Never order delivery because it?ll never be right. I order form subway app and each time my entire component of my sub is missing. And there is 0 customer support for this kind of issue
I had an excellent turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese that was perfectly toasted!
