Sushi Simon - Boynton Beach

Incredible sushi! I've visited this place five times in the past two months because I love it so much! The staff is very welcoming, and the service is fast!

There are plenty of sushi spots in town, but this one stands out—not just for its menu, but for the exceptional team that takes care of you. We met up with our friends who frequent the restaurant and were attended to by Megan, who was incredibly knowledgeable about what our friends usually ordered. She also made some fantastic suggestions that we decided to go with. We started off with Megan’s recommendations, including their special Miso soup with dumplings and tofu, side salads, and steamed gyoza and edamame. Each dish was a wonderful beginning to our meal. Shortly after, the staff brought out a variety of rolls we had ordered. We shared a No Name roll, a Very Sexy Hamachi roll, and an Ocean Ridge Roll. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff truly made us feel at home. It's definitely a place we plan to return to for another delightful meal!

Despite the inviting decor and a wall adorned with framed local magazine covers showcasing their accolades, I fell for the hype and decided to dine in. Our server was friendly and well-informed, but the service was unfortunately slow. It wasn't until after we placed our orders that we learned they were only serving bluefin tuna that night, which came at an additional cost. It was just a couple of extra dollars, so we went ahead with it. Regrettably, the food did not live up to expectations. The rolls lacked flavor, the rice was gummy, and the five special sauces tasted more like a mix of honey, ketchup, and mayonnaise rather than anything sushi-worthy. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant for sushi; you’ll find better quality at a much more reasonable price elsewhere.

Great sushi. The sushi seemed fresh, and the selection of rolls were good. The sushi is a bit on the pricey and they only had the more expensive Tuna when we went. We had 4 people, and one person didn't even get sushi and our bill came out to $300. Would give it another try but overall pretty average.

Went to sushi Simon with a friend, the food was good however, expensive for the portion size. Unfortunately, being a vegetarian there weren't many options to choose from and with the items available, I was unable to get substitutions. The food I did get, the spring rolls, I enjoyed, they were served warm. The restaurant is in a shopping plaza that gets packed. So finding parking can be difficult at times.
