Bozeman Spirits Distillery

During our stay in Montana from Christmas through New Year's, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The drinks were excellent and the service was top-notch, with the staff even allowing us to sample the drinks before ordering. Our hostess, Emma, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The highlight of my visit was definitely the talented and attentive bartender. He showed a genuine passion for mixology and demonstrated impeccable skill in creating a variety of delicious drinks. Using local tequila to put a unique spin on the classic drink, it offered a delightful blend of flavors. This cocktail truly highlighted the innovation and creativity that distinguishes Boseman Spirits Distillery. While the agave old fashioned was outstanding, I did express my interest in trying an even better agave-based cocktail. Although it was not available at the time, I am confident that the distillery's dedication to quality and experimentation would result in an even more impressive agave drink. Overall, Boseman Spirits Distillery offers a charming neighborhood setting with a commendable selection of expertly mixed cocktails. The attentive bartender ensures a delightful and personalized experience for every guest. I visited a distillery in Bozeman for the first time and was impressed by the great atmosphere and the variety of old fashioned cocktails available.

Excellent service and cocktails at the bar! Had the huckleberry gimlet and holiday gin and tonic. Might have to come back again while I'm still here, and certainly the next time I'm up visiting Bozeman again!

We spent five weeks in Bozeman and the best place for a great drink and social contact was here. The staff is not only very knowledgeable, but also personable. The atmosphere is wonderful and you can sit inside or out. Highly recommend the Huckleberry Lemonade, sweet in the beginning with a little tartness at the end. Shout out to Zac and the team for making us feel welcomed every time we came in.
