Nova Cafe - Bozeman

Although it is only marked with rest of the menu online, in person, everything is clear as vegan or gluten-free, which was amazing. You have a whole section of the menu that is also vegan. I got the vegan burrito in a bowl and it was so much food and delicious! Very cool diner atmosphere and everyone is so friendly and friendly.

Bright and colorful inside with good atmosphere Matcha latte good, sweet enough for me but my partner added sugar to his Burrito great help, tasteful, maybe a note more seasonal hash shell this was delicious, but I am a sucker for wonton stripes. Tofu would have done with a little more taste, but it was still good and lots of vegetables updated by previous review on 2022 06 18

Large coffee food felt a little greasy and was cold

Although no longer has dedicated vegan menu as previous posts state, many items can be vegan used easily. Server very knowledgeable about vegan modifications and options.

I took my boyfriend here for brunch and it was super yummy! I ordered the forager omelette but asked for it to be made vegan. The waitress was very accommodating and explained what substitutions they would make. It was more like a tofu scramble, but it was really good. They also had non-dairy milk options for lattes and some vegan bakery. I got a vegan lemon loaf--a one portion lemon bread--and I really enjoyed it. This was my second week in Bozeman, but the first time I was able to find a vegan breakfast! Updated from previous review on 2020-08-24
