Pretzel Place - Bozeman

They are breadsticks not pretzels. Pretzels are boiled in baking soda water and then cooked to give them the shiny brown coating pretzels are known for.

The customer service was terrible. The server messed up my son’s order and proceeded to argue with us about it. We went with her version of the order, because we didn’t want to have a big argument. She was one of the rudest servers I’ve ever encountered.

I ordered a pretzel with cheese and received it rather promptly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

I typically enjoy this restaurant, but today was disappointing. The employee who served us seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He made us feel like a bother when we were trying to place our order. Despite speaking clearly to him, he could barely muster a response.

This restaurant is really good. The staff can get busy at times but they do a great job, just remember to be patient.
