Casey's - Braceville

This is the best gas station I've ever visited! The employees are incredibly friendly, and the manager is always ready to help!

We just had the most amazing pizza we've ever had from this Casey's!

The first time, I attempted to order a Bacon Cheeseburger pizza, but the staff had no idea what I was referring to, and ultimately, I had to place my order at the Casey's in Braidwood instead. On my next visit, I ordered a pepperoni flatbread but received a regular pepperoni pizza instead. While this was somewhat acceptable since they are similar, the pizza was overloaded with an excessive amount of cheese—far more than I had requested. Today, however, was the final straw. We ordered a breakfast pizza with peppers and onions and received a standard sausage breakfast pizza with no vegetables. Although I appreciated the replacement, the new pizza was covered in what felt like 10 pounds of cheese and toppings. As much as I enjoy cheese, I didn’t ask for extra, and I believe there’s a limit to how much should be on a slice. When I pick up a slice of pizza, I want a balanced mix of toppings, not a soggy crust that can’t support the weight of all the ingredients. The excess toppings also prevent the cheese from properly adhering to the crust, causing everything to slide off. I understand some might suggest I simply order from a different location, but sometimes you crave Casey's pizza, and the Braceville Casey's is the closest option. Moving forward, however, I believe I will start going to the Braidwood location unless they implement some proper training for their staff.

Great place to get pizza and snacks and drinks I recommend this place if you want snacks and other stuff!

The staff is always smiling and happy even through the covid crisis and if you need an egg sandwich or a piece of pizza on the way to work it's always great and it's warm
