Hot Star Large Fried Chicken

The staff supposed to give me 20 note for change instead he gave me 10. I noticed it when I got home which is very far from the shop. Then I went to the shop talking to the same person gave me the wrong change next day. He did not do anything. He didn't even explain or reply any single word. He just walked away and back doing his job. I am pretty sure he understiod what I said. Because I was talking in Chinese. So till now, I still don't understand why he ignored me. I showed him the receipt and change I got. It's really not acceptable he just ignored me.mabey he thinks I don't have enough evidence or I was telling a lie. So it was really his mistake and he thought customer were telling a lie. I lost money and treated like a dishonoured person and waste my time .the worest part is he treated me like a cheater. So I really want to tell everyone wants to spend money in this shop. Be careful, they can treat you as a cheater by their mistakes.so my family and my friends will never been there. I think there should not be any evidence provided(receipt is enough in law) because customer should not try to keep all evidences all the time to get your believe. It is all your mistake.maybe I should call police to defend my reputation.also, I am pretty sure they will ignore my google review as they treat customer dishonestly. Maybe there is no guarantee by law when you make a deal with this shop. I was upset but also don't want to waste my life for that only 10. But have to warn every abiding lawful citizens how this shop dishournered their customers.
