Just like all the other comments the issue is long wait times. I have been here 10ish times getting food just for one person all hours of the day and have never not waited to get my food. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 2

Employee Cruize handed me my order and the chips were placed upside down with none left in the carton. Lovely. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered something on menulog and the estimated delivery time just kept increasing. I know that the store is not responsible for the delivery taking longer, but menulog asked me to call the store to cancel the order. I called and spoke to a lady who said ill take care of it and hung up the phone. Magically the order was not canceled and my food arrived like its been sitting there for an hour, which it had been. Awful service. I do not recomed to anyone.

This is the genuine best HJ branch, Staff are respectful polite and deliver professional service. Food is always served fresh . I don't mind the waite if I'm served in this mannar, love this branch so very much keep up the good job we appreciate every effort you do . Bless you all . We drove all the way skipping lots of HJ branches near us , just to be served fresh yummy meals . You are unique I wish the rest could be just like you .
