Microlot Coffee House

Probably the best coffee in Brisbane. The quality is consistent and they have a great selection of cakes to go with the coffee. The food menu is not extensive but, to be honest, I see that as a plus. The space on the back is very chilled and great for dogs. One of Brisbane’s best kept secrets.

Exceptional. Consistently the best coffee I get in Brisbane and the Breakfast Burger is the bomb! I sometimes stray and have the mushroom toastie which is also very very good however the breakie burger is different to the conventional numbers you see elsewhere and actually has a balance of sweet and savoury to it. Great coffee. Great service. Limited but TASTY breakfast menu. They do it with care and attention!! As it should be! Nice little hidden gem. PS DON'T spread the word, so I can get a table on Saturday mornings! :

Last Saturday, I missed to locate this cafe 's and finally went to another café so gave it a go on Sunday again. Eventually, I found where it located due to the fact that the shop entrance is very small and also there are always some customers standing at the front for their take-away coffee that made my excuse. When I arrived, there were a few motorist instead of cyclists standing in front of the door for the coffee. I managed to get in the shop and found that they only have nice set-up for dine-in outdoor from the exit through the kitchen pantry. Ordered a Ham Toastie and a flat white and took a seat outside. Coffee came with nice coffee art and strength was just right for me although it was not my usual favourite taste. Having said that, the toast deserved thumb-up in terms of presentation and balance of ingredients with the mixture of cheese American mustard which matched well with the bread and ham. In addition, I love the pickle cucumber at the top of the toastie, which helped me to get rid of 'full ' feeling after this brekkie and also was good for the digestion. Overall, I recommend this café to other foodies, it is really worth for our business.
