4 stars is because the premises could do with a teeny tiny facelift. The main restaurant area has been renovated in the last couple years but the facade dates it 's construction to over 20 years ago. Fresh sign, updated logo, and Brodie 's still has the potential to be a better family dinner option than Red Rooster. The chicken burger I had here was... Genuine. The chicken was real chicken and the bun was a nice soft sourdough role. Legitimately one of the best 'fast food ' chicken burgers I 've had in years and considering I 'm saying that about a chain I thought died 5 years ago... That 's pretty impressive.
