Feedback gevenThe first time I've ever been asked to pre-pay for my fuel. I have a BP account card but found it more convenient to fill up at the 7-11 down the road. I said to the console operator I wanted to fill the car and he said he could reimburse me what I didn't use.
The 2 girls who were on tonight 2/9/22 615pm your customer service was disgusting I stood at the pump beeping my horn with my hands in the air waiting for you to turn the pump on but NO! You pair were to busy talking your social life to turn around and look at your forecourt for your customers and then when I said something about the fact that it was lucky I wasn't in an emergency to get somewhere you scoffed at me rolled your eyes and then smiled while you did the same to some poor bloke in a Honda poor form from the pair of you as a regular customer I won't be back thanks to these to rude and arrogant girls.
There was a young lady with dark brunette hair working at the servo on the late afternoon before Aussie Day. I asked if she was able to break a note. She said no said she doesnt have change. I went to grab a small item to break the note, and she looked hesitant to assist. Despite saying no, she pulled out the change anyways. Despite I am a local regular, how much money Ive spent on this servo in the past few years, Im absolutely appalled at this ladys service Im happy to drive another 3 mins to a servo whom is happy to assist
Do not use this BP as your pick up point for parcels!! They had initially denied my parcel being delivered on 3 separate occasions even when it was scanned as being delivered. Then after finally getting my parcel it was tampered, opened and damaged! Caught the staff in the act taping my parcel back!! Highly untrustworthy!!
