However if you are looking for authentic Vietnamese that has an extra kick and something special about the food then this is not your place. It was decent, light on flavor, but at the end of the day I just came to get my pho fix as I was in a hurry and didn't know where to go.
This was our first visit and we will definitely go back! Very friendly staff and excellent food. We had pho, chicken wings and grilled pork banh mi. They also have Ding Tea drinks which were great! Everything was so fresh and delicious!
I normally don 't write the review but today I am very disappointing with the service!! I live in longboat key and co-workers recommend me this place so we always come here even it far but today we finish work late and already check on the website that said the restaurant close at 8:30pm but we got there around 8:10 and just want to order to-go. As soon as we open the door, one of the lady was said something that we couldn 't hear because we was so far, so we walk closer and want to order the food and then she tell us with an attitude and mean face that the kitchen already closed!! I can read her mind that said out lound don 't you understand! get out of here! something like that) then I ask can I order a drink and the cashier guy said yes so I order one event I want more but doesn 't want to make them work too much because seem like they want to close the restaurant so bad. after that her again, deliver my drink, hand me the straw. I 'm not even grab it yet and then it drop on the floor. she is so rude!! with all this situations, I never hear any sorry come out of her mouth. my recommendation is change the time online if you want to close the restaurant at 8pm. no point to open until 8:30, it 's only 30 minutes but some people have to drive for 30 minutes to get there or if emergency that you have to close early, let the customer know nicely with the service-mind that you should have in your business like we are sorry but we have to close early today something like that, easy simple! I write all this review just what someone to read and take a response. If I receive an apology, I will delete this review.
We bought ding teas from bunhaus but their cups are much smaller and they just put a sprinkle of bobas. Its not fair for other ding tea stores selling the right sizes with right proportions of ingredients . The manager is also an a If you see good reviews, it could be a friend or a fake review. Beware of this place . If a manager or owner is rude to customers, just imagine how she treats her employees. Dont support this kind of business. If there is a zero star i would give this place a ZERO.
Came here today and ordered a pho combination of chicken, beef and shrimp with chicken broth and an order of egg rolls. What use to be a flavorful and well stocked soup has turned into a watered down version of itself. A few strips of chicken and beef with two shrimp and a broth that's flavorless. I had to request, usually given with soup without asking, the plate that usually comes with cilantro, jalapeños, lime wedges, bean sprouts and sprigs of basil. The bean sprouts looked old, the basil looked like it had fungus (black patches), only three slices of jalapeños and no cilantro or culantro (cheaper alternative sometimes given). The bottles of condiments on the table looked dirty and the prices were insane. 8 months ago, we use to pay 7.99 with an up charge of $2 if you wanted the combo of meats, which is what we ordered this time. Except, Now it's $14.99 plus a $3 up charge for a small ball of rice noodles, small slivers of meat, two shrimp and unflavored broth! And did I mention, an ugly looking plate of veggies that you're supposed to add to your soup, yuk?! I understand that during these inflationary times you have to increase your prices but you don't have to decrease the quality. I don't mind paying a little more for good food in times like these but this was not it. We will no longer be coming here.
