Feedback gevenI ordered 3 Bavarian cream and 3 appe lfritter donuts, figuring the clerk would give me the correct order, I stood by the cash register not watching.When I got home and opened up the box, it was powdered donuts with barely any white cream and the apple fritter hardly any apple.For almost $12. for six donuts (and not the correct order)I'm deeply disappointed.
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin not only was the manager outside smoking a cigarette when I pull up but than proceeded to be rude cause she obviously didn’t want me there or my business, I pull up to the Window and her teeth look like they are rotting from her head and haven’t been brushed in yrs. Then she gets rude and refuses service to me cause I didn’t have a small enough bill for her and she was to lazy to go get change from the safe. I was a Dunkin manager for 8yrs and this is was way below standards. For a location boasting about new attitude new management new crew! Slow to counter/lobby service. The focus of attention is #1 on drive-thru but this seems to be the trend everywhere not just Dunkin D.Kid-friendliness: They loves kids!Future service workers in 10yrs or less.They hire minors to work at their locations. Including ex-felons from the female work release center.Personally I think it's great!We all need a 1st and/or 2nd chance at times in our life.,,,
I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered an iced coffee and a sandwich, my coffee was just a little bitter, so I went into the store, and the gentleman working the window checked the sugar and the flavor swirls to make sure they were good and then made me a fresh one, all with a smile on his face. Very kind respectful staff at this location. 10 stars ??
10/10 would come again, very nice workers, atmosphere is very welcoming and they made my order perfectly.
