Ihop - Bradenton

I visited the restaurant at midnight and the service was fantastic. The food was even better - the best meal I've had in a long time.

Great food, great service! Staff was efficient and fast, while still attentive and friendly. The food was delicious! Great iHop stop for breakfast!

This place is a total Customer service nightmare in a sense that I felt obligated to write this, my first review of a place in 45 years. We arrived and asked for a table but the Manager was very rude and made a million excuses to get rid of us because we were a 15-person party (hope is that and not because of our race but TBH that?s how we all felt). Lucky her we don?t like confrontations and left without saying a word but now I understand how ?Karens? are made. Giving this place 1 star is way too much.

The worst service. We can not even eat there because the manager was rude with my party of 15 people. She gave us many excuses to avoid that we eat there. We will never go there, they do not know nothing about hospitality.

Hello y'all Okay so our waitress was not happy nor did she make ppl around her happy.. I asked for my eggs to be cooked BURNT when my eggs came to the table they were so wet that our very unhappy waitress took my plate from me and brought it right back to kitchen states manager will cook for me.. great okay ya NOPE nothing changed still WET looking and just nasty. I have been to many IHOPS and by far I will not return to this IHOP .
