Papa John's Pizza - Bradenton

I give this special place a five-star rating because my pizza is always made perfectly and delivered on time. However, I have to rate my last order just one star! It was nothing like my previous experiences. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and while it was delivered on time, it arrived cold. They were very stingy with the cheese, and the sauce tasted sour, which I found out was because it was old! To make matters worse, the delivery driver had poor hygiene, which really put me off. As I mentioned, they're usually amazing 99% of the time, but my last order felt like it came from a fast food chain!

On Thursday evening, I encountered a brand new order specialist and a manager who both seemed overwhelmed. The young woman at the counter had to apologize repeatedly, both in person and over the phone, but she handled it well despite the rudeness from some customers, which was quite ridiculous. I was initially told it would take 25 minutes for my pizza, but ended up waiting for an hour. However, I didn’t take it out on her since I’m aware that things happen and I have an oven at home. There's no need for people to overreact. This took place at the Cortez location in Bradenton, FL.

They don't know what a white pizza is, they put Alfredo sauce on it. a white pizza is olive oil and fresh cheese, lots of it and fresh vegetables and other toppings. not the white sauce. I'm Sicilian. I know pizza! 2. post- thought I would give you a second attempt. I ordered a pizza three days ago. pepperoni, speck and black olive. paid $25 plus $5 for delivery. had no speck seen, pfefferoni was just thrown on it, somehow the black olives came under the cheese. pizza tasted old and cheese was dry and hard. $30 for a pizza we had to throw out!

Best pizza! My family switched from Pizza Hut. We needed a new taste with fresher ingredients. AND not so greasy. I order Papa John's at least 2-3 times a month. Bring on the points
