Pizza Hut Express - Bradenton

This restaurant has the worst customer service. It is hard to believe that the management does not notice that customers are not greeted, asked about their order, or thanked for their business. This lack of basic hospitality seems to indicate a lack of proper training for the employees. Overall, the atmosphere is unpleasant and the staff is unprofessional.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent and it has become one of my favorite places to dine. The service is also top-notch.

It is hard to believe that the management does not notice customers not being greeted, asked for their order immediately, and not being thanked or wished a great day. These are basic principles in the hospitality industry, but it seems like the staff is not properly trained. The overall experience was a disappointment and it is clear that the employees need better training and supervision.

Low quality! The pizza tastes like it was made by a child. I stopped eating or ordering from there a while ago because every time I went, I hoped it would be better, but it never improved. Instead, the pizza got more soggy, cold, rubbery, and disgusting. It is not at all what it used to be when I was a kid. The restaurant is over-commercialized and they do not care about customer service or satisfaction. It's all about greed.

The restaurant has lost its deliciousness. It is now just greasy and gross.
