If I could give a 0 star review, I would. The restaurant needs ALL NEW MANAGEMENT! The management likes to blame the servers or kitchen for any issues, but the issues are with the lack of proper training. The manager goes around and undermines the servers and belittles them. She goes from table to table asking how food is, how service is how the server is performing, how we liked everything etc...so so weird! Our server had already checked on everything. My daughter worked there for 2 months. She was given the crappiest shifts and the manager never gave her the training, them used it as an excuse Oh, it 's because you haven 't been trained to do this or that yesterday she was fired without reason. Just not working out and it 's not a good fit Looking over reviews, it 's all about how the place is run! Train people and don 't undermine and pass the blame. Not to mention when we ate there the food was sub-par and overpriced. Won 't ever return, and will tell all my friends and family to go ANYWHERE else. We came here for a nice dinner out last weekend and we were seated at a dirty table with no cutlery or napkins. The food came and still no cutlery or napkins . When we finally got someone to bring over cutlery they threw it in a plate with ONE napkin and no appolgy .One napkins for 2 people . I had to ask again one more time and I was cut off mid sentence and told that someone already brought it to our table . Then I held up the one napkin and asked if this is what they call service . Not to mention that the bathroom was flthy and toilets were overflowing . When I told my date that were absolutely not leaving a tip the server over head us and I guess she was mad because she slapped the bill on the table. And told us to looking over. We looked at each other in disblief. We didnt even get a mint . I think this place is run by barbarians . They want us to eat with our hands , wipe our hands in our shirts , use a dirty bathroom then slap us in the face with the bill . The sad part is not one person ever came over to apologize. This place is hands down the best option for families in Bradford the owner is truly amazing and always has something for the kids we just went for dinner and they have a magician going from table to table entertaining the kids hands down love the service and atmosphere here Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
