Harvey's - Bradford West Gwillimbury

Went in instead of using drive thru. Waited 20 min then demanded a refund food was sitting the whole time, barely anyone was using gloves, the toppings station was a mess (cross contamination and a general mess).After demanding a refund, manager fought with us about it ended up having to get angry.We usually love Harvey's, but this location was a total let down.

The staff members working were extremely helpful and courteous, as well as pleasant and willing to take the extra minute to assist me with trouble shooting the Harvey’s

Dirtiest restaurant in Bradford. Went there Mar 2023 and will not go back. The kitchen, floors windows, bathrooms were disgusting.?

Bought the Angus burger. The effort that was made when putting my topping on was terrible. Come on guys. Put some more effort in.

I hate this restaurant now and never go back.This restaurant USED TO BE great with previous management. I'm not sure if they switched the owners but it has gone downhill from food to service. The last two times we visited the burgers/fries were not fresh and the chicken was cold.The employees do not know the definition of Customer Service and are found gossiping amongst and using cell phones at work.Very Disappointed, we USED to love this restaurant.
