Costa Coffee Kirkgate - Bradford

I had an encounter with an employee named Sarah Louise at the restaurant, who I found to be quite rude and unapproachable. Due to this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was not impressed with the restaurant as they offered a Black Forest and Cream chocolate drink, but it did not have any cream. When I questioned them about the price, they refused to provide a discount. The service was very poor.

The Costa Coffee shop is a standard option with clean surroundings and friendly staff. One of the perks is an outdoor seating area, which is a nice touch since there are no cars allowed in that area. While these coffee chains may not always be beneficial for the high street and local businesses, it is worth noting that Costa pays their taxes unlike Cafe Nero and Starbucks.

I would not go to another costa rica I am creepy about my drinks and the workers at the kirkgate costa make them perfect

Costa coffee, also known as costa lot . yes, it is a bit expensive, but you know what you get. the hot drinks were served in takeaway cups when we were there. not sure why. I have a ham and cheese to finish and a chocolate twist. beautiful small business, good selection of sweets and savouries.
