Dominos - Bradford

Waited 2.5 hours for a home delivery. Went to pick it up myself and I've been told it's out with the driver. Actually wasn't... Gone back after 3 hours and they told me to wait 10 minuts will do it then.... huge lack of professionalism in customer service. Sorry, It's a no no from me !!!

Ordered a pizza deal that came to over £26 over the phone. I mentioned that I work for the NHS and could I get some discount. The guy said yes and to bring down my I.D. Failed to mention that I couldn't get discount with a deal. Yes perhaps I should have thought about that but as I asked and he didn't mention anything I thought it would be fine. When I got to the shop he said I couldn't get discount didn't even smile. He was so miserable. Didn't even say thank you for my custom. I wouldnt mind but a lot of money for a pizza a side and a drink. Pizza was undercooked, onion and mushrooms undercooked. Onion was still raw. Sort it out dominos

Dominos Ilkley....why do you get it so wrong every time? Wrong toppings all the time. 2 hours delivery. Always lied to when checking where pizza is “ iz on it way init mate..” the owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Not upto dominos standards.

Expect to wait 2hours and have cold pizza. Really bad but a small town with limited options so they know they can get away with it.

Absolutely shocking that for the second time of placing an order through the app an hour before my requeated delivery time. My order turns up over 15 minutes late. No courtesy phone call just like the time before to advise that the delivery driver was running late, just a half hearted apology to say that they were extremely busy
