My partner ordered me a strawberry cheesecake it was absolutely discussed tasty he got a keksteig and it was like a Morrisons cookie 4 for a pound they need to learn how to make their customers happy coz the eating discussed

Ordered choc chip cookie dough and waited 2 hours for delivery and it did not even try to ring it back and the woman is just ignorant it is a sweat

Poor customer service and attitude! Placed an order for the kids birthday the app, and after 1hr it failed to be delivered. Apparently they didn’t receive the order, yet took the payment! Poor staff attitude. Don’t bother waiting your time with this shoddy place!

Wish there was an option for no stars. So placed an order on just eat, it said it would be delivered at 22:40, I thought that's fine they must be busy, no problem!! Can imagine my excitement when the door goes at 21:55, couldn't wait. Went to tuck into my crepe and it was like eaten frozen cardboard. This place has proper gone down hill. Would rather have waited til nearly 11 o'clock for warm food than have it come early and cold. Wont be eating here again

Not even deserved one star. Ordered online at 6.30pm and it said only 90min. didn't receive anything till 8.30pm. Wait 2 hours, Try to contact them more than 5 times no one answer the phone. Did online chat then they rang and said will take more 30min for delivery. Came after one hour. We waited for 3 hours still order came wrong. They charge for the extra Belgium chocolate sauce. Didn't sent that even. Never ever order from them again at all. Worse place ever.
