Toilets looked and smelt of **** disgusting low quality music blasting through my ears my eyes were bloodshot and hurt for 1 hour after.
Went last night with my son he had the buffet and I had a large margarita my pizza they was hardly any cheese on it it was all tomato lot of it wasn't even topped Chips were under cooked the food wasn't nice but the service was brilliant couldn't fault it attentive always checking if we was ok Helping me with my vouchers how to put them on when I ordered online Staff- fantastic Food- rubbish
This has to be the worst experience ever. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, looks a bit like time forgot the place. Floors appeared grubby and the tables not a lot better. Was shown to my seat, handed a menu and told you order online and to use the QR code. After a bit of messing around I got the thing to work and ordered my pizza. Getting a VAT receipt was tricky, it isn’t emailed to you, the waitress didn’t know. The waitress asked the manager who was zero help. Fortunately a young lad that worked in the place was able to print my receipt. The food was mediocre, not really sure if it was properly cooked, the base was a bit soggy. On top of all that at the point of ordering the system asks if you want to add a tip!!!! I thought tips were for service and that’s the one thing Pizza Hut have removed.
Really friendly staff. Chose the wrong pizza and Emily sorted it all out. Awesome member and an awesome place. Thank you.
