Pizza Palazzo - Bradford

I ordered takeout from this restaurant at 1:30am on a Sunday morning. After waiting over an hour, I received an automated text from Just Eat stating that my order would arrive at 2:55am. By 3:30am, I still had not received my food and the restaurant was closed. They did not attempt to call me or provide any indication that they were running late or lost. When I called to complain, they claimed they had called and knocked on my door, and left the food in my garden – which I do not have. It was clear they had the wrong address and were completely incompetent in handling the situation. They refused to acknowledge their mistake.

Should of known when I walked in the place this pizza would be garbage Come on people how many genuine pizza places serve curry and have a giant toast machine instead of a proper pizza oven There wasn’t afresh product in sight Enough said please draw your own conclusions

After one previous visit and collection of meal which i would rate as nice, this delivered meal on Friday evening at 7.40 was 30 minutes late and barely warm. Just Eat notification came at 7.12 to say our order would be on its way, it arrived at 7.37. I had just phoned the takeaway at 7.35 when it turned up. When i asked where the meal i was told, he 's just set off 5 minutes ago and its a new driver , then when i mentioned the notification from Just Eat at 7.12 i was told 'oh thats just an automatic thing . We live approx 3 5 minutes from the takeaway so if the driver had set off only 5 minutes ago then our meal should have been hot, therefore i conclude i was told a bare faced lie! 'Salad ' consisted of a tsp of lettuce a tsp of red onion, no tomatoes, no cucumber and no chilli sauce, which had been ordered. The chips i can only describe as resembling something with which to build houses from, the kind of chip thats been sat around for several hours in a warming pan, if i 'd eaten them i would have broken my teeth decidedly not fresh! When i tried to leave a review via Just Eat 's automatic email i found that miraculously, my order had disappeared, fancy that! Hence why i 'm leaving this review here! Don 't bother getting your kebabs from here, spend your money elsewhere!

Looked after so well by all at Pizza Palazzo, were spoilt!! The calzone and stuffed crust pepperoni were utterly gorgeous as always. Thank you!!

Brilliant food staff are brilliant there pizzas are 10/10 if your ever in ilkly try this place you won’t be disappointed
