Subway - Brainerd

I was doing a Doordash, and they told me they were out of bread. The store had 2 hours until close. There was no sign so other customers would know before going inside and having to be turned down for service.

Got 4 sandwiches doing door dash. The dude working abandoned his gloves half way

Lied about order being ready, ignored me for five minutes. Then only did they start making my food, and then they shorted me food. I understand as a service worker myself, but oh my lord. That was just absolutely ridiculous. I know it’s only food, but if I’m paying money for something, I’d like everything I put on my order. There was no one behind me, no reason to short my food. If I could give you guys 0 stars I genuinely would. I mean it’s not just this time you guys have done very poorly. Get it together.

Very good sandwiches but server didn't seem to know what went on

Went in for dinner with my family and they were out of bread, went in a few nights later after work and they were all out of rotisserie chicken. The employee told me he didn’t wanna go take out another container of it. So emailed management and got a snarky reply that their computer said they still had some and that I assumed they were out. This store is a joke.
