Feedback gevenThe absolute worst. The workers are not only inept but straight up rude. I don't understand how they hire here... the workers in Barnes and Nobles are wonderful. But the we've had repeated instances of the workers here being bothered by us, god forbid, ordering something and then drinks being made incorrectly. Like... inedible. Management desperately needs to train these girls.
They have the best chili anywhere! I wish they had it more often. I've never found one I liked as much! And I'm a Starbucks fan anyway espec the Frappuccino. When they have the chestnut praline flavor of that going..usually late in the year..it's a great thing. It's nice you can chill a little while and read a little of whatever book you just bought.
Ordered online and not only did they never make it when I got there they still took forever to make it, I waited over 45mins mad and left and the manager didn't even know how to give a refund back!! Worst experience ever!!!
This is a small but nice cafe. All types of coffees and also some pastries available to enjoy. If you're not a fan of coffee they do have some other beverages that you can get here such as bottled water. One of the last times I was in here I got a slice of their cheesecake and it was very flavorful and creamy. So I would definitely say that the sweets here are well worth trying. The help here is friendly and pleasant to deal with. The seating area is always clean and is a very good place to relax with a cup of coffee and a book.
Came here on a Saturday morning for a hot tea. Very simple. I placed my order with the friendly (if a bit robotic acting) kid working behind the register. Proceeded to go sit at a table and wait. Tea is very simple and fast to make, it should only be a second right? Watched the girl making drinks proceed to start making some kinda banana smoothie in the blender, and a sandwich of some sort while my empty tea cup just sits on the counter. The fellow who took my order took 2 more orders after me, then proceeded to stand there at an empty register and stare off into space while my empty tea cup that I'd paid for continued to sit there next to him with no attention. At this point I stood up and approached the end-counter where drinks come out and kinda stared at my empty cup sitting there. Homeboy finally got the hint and came to work on my drink. It was at this point that I noticed his disheveled appearance. His hair was real messy, his shirt was kinda dirty and wrinkled, he looked like he'd rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago (at noon on saturday) and rushed to work with no preparation. Finally got my tea bag and hot water, but not before he rubbed his presumably un-washed cashier fingers all over my lid. Thanks bud. Guess you shouldn't expect much from the Fauxbucks Cafe at Barnes and noble.
