Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Coffee was good but service was HORRIBLE! Yes I understand it's a mall and it may have those moments where it gets busy BUT THE TEAM HAS TO BE ON TOP OF THAT! Coming from working in a restaurant I could tell when the communication is not ON POINT! Orders weren't getting called, register wasn't being watched, and customers were standing around confused. I was waiting so long for my coffee and it was put down and I didn't even know...simple orders were getting messed up and employees looked aggravated...

I like cappuccino and latte there. They are strong and hot.

Great smoothies and the lemon poundcake is soooo delicious. And Sabrina the barista that works there is awesome!!! Also try the raspberry lemon cooler you won't be disappointed ???

I had a great experience with the cheese and crackers plate at this restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise to find a seating area to enjoy my meal as well. The E-Bar is one of the few spots in the mall with seating, located outside in a peaceful area. The tables are kept clean and sanitized regularly. I will definitely be choosing the E-Bar over Starbucks for my breaks moving forward.

I love the mocha ice storms at this restaurant. The staff are always friendly.
