Staff was extremely friendly, especially the person who took my order tonight. Made sure to tell me if I had the app to use it to get points. : thanks to them I now have enough for a free beverage.
Asked for bathroom code, 1 door code didn't work, got the 2nd to open. 1 light out, t paper difficult to unroll, no soap, no hand paper only the germ blowing air machine, and pee on the floor. Not too clean.
Literally the worst Starbucks ever. Every employee was extremely rude. We paid $17 for 2 drinks and they didn’t make either of them right and were so rude when we asked for them to be made right. You pay $1.25 for cold foam and they don’t even pay attention to which kind you get, they BARELY rinse out the cold foam maker (if you’re dairy free, beware), and they give you 2 sips worth and pour out the rest. I can’t even describe how awful this place was. And I am an AVID Starbucks lover. I go 3-4 times a week. I’ll never be back here.
Waited more than 10 minutes to order with five people working, and no one else in line. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing in front of the register. Restaurant booths, floor and countertops are absolutely filthy and I had to guess which drink was mine because they never took my name.
