The staff simply stood around joking with each other. Upon entering, two employees were arguing over a phone call, which was quite disappointing. After we had left, they hurried after us to offer assistance, but that felt unnecessary. If they wanted to provide good service, they should have done so while we were inside, not in the parking lot.
