I ordered the bean n cheese quesadilla , when I received , it was cold n even the cheese wasn’t melted also all the beans n veggies were falling out of it . After I explained n showed the girl working in front and asked her, tell me how can I eat this, she started explaining me that quesadilla is open from 3 sides and this happens and said can’t give a refund, after that she agreed to give a refund, but also I didn’t wanted to yell or be rude with her. I did apologize as well, but she should understand the customer service standards and also the standard for the food prep.

Not sure the ownership has changed in the last one year, but both the quality quantity has gone down. Not going to come back to this location

I went for lunch and wanted a chicken sandwich. The lady told me they didn't have any sandwiches at all. The price for the kids meal is good but the place not clean at all. 0 stars for cleanliness. I had to ask her to clean a table. They were all filthy and oily. The serving counter was grimey. There was a pan which she removed from the grill and it left a large rust spot on the grill near where she was cooking my food. No washroom.....But the location is convenient.....
