Brar's Grand Buffet - Brampton

I ordered takeout from this restaurant. When I asked if the gluten-free items on the menu contained asafoetida (a common ingredient in Indian cooking that contains wheat), the Manager could only confirm that two items, Sarson ka Saag and Makki Ki Roti, did not have this ingredient. I cannot trust that the other items marked as gluten-free are actually gluten-free. As someone with Celiac disease, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, and appreciate that they clearly list which dishes are gluten-free. They even offer a gluten-free roti bread option to accompany their curry dishes.

This restaurant offers a great selection of gluten-free options, which are clearly marked on both the takeout menu and at the buffet. The gluten-free roti is particularly delicious! The buffet is outstanding, with most dishes being gluten-free and all of them being incredibly tasty. Although everything is vegetarian, you won't even miss the meat! This is definitely one of my favorite Indian restaurants.

I was really looking forward to visiting this place based on the great reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. Everything was cold and bland, even the ice cream was not up to par. The only highlight was the excellent service from Prabhjyot and Riya, who were polite and friendly. I would suggest saving your money and trying another restaurant instead!

I had an excellent experience during a recent lunch at this restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful and the buffet was extensive, offering a wide range of vegetarian options. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all delicious. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The manager, Robin, even personally checked in on our experience and worked alongside the staff to ensure the restaurant was clean and welcoming to new customers. It was clear that the restaurant was very popular. I also purchased some sweets, including mond daal halwa, gajar halwa, and milk cake from the shop, and they were authentic and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience.
