More ice than anything....even beating Starbucks ice levels (which is a hard thing to beat lol). Brown sugar pearls lack an authentic brown sugar taste and the milk tea is sad. Probably won't be going back, I would recommend kung fu tea any day over chatime.
This chatime was really busy every time I went and there was a huge line all the time Despite the long line, they were very fast getting through the line while also giving amazing customer service! The drinks were made correctly and with amazing quality!:
Updated review: As you can see from Chatime's response (on google), I was advised to contact their customer care team to resolve the issue at hand and to share my experience which I did. They basically just reiterated the same information after admitting it was an error on their part, with no resolution at all.. a complete waste of time. Why ask me to reach out if you're not going to do anything different? Their teas are good, but I won't be a Chatime customer any longer due to the lack of customer service. Try Xing Fu Tang Tea, Tiger Sugar Tea or even CoCo tea a much better experience and superior quality as well.
Customer service lacks at this location. Employees refuse to be patient and rush everyones order. Although one would believe rushing meant getting the order quicker. It is the complete opposite, be prepared to wait about an hour in person and almost 2 on Ubereats, and not always receive what you want. The orders are either watered down or just tasteless.
Everyday is bbt day...but today was a little less than everyday. Unfortunately, due to COVID, some of their items are om backorder; I wanted QQ, but they hadn't received a shipment of coconut jelly in a while or, it was in progress. So opted in to have tapioca, because you can never go wrong with tapioca right?!? ...welp, they were probably short on that too because legit, I ordered a large drink but it had like 10 tapioca balls in it. I'm not even exaggerating. Deadass like they did us janky. I guess they needed to preserve their supply but I would have honestly preferred if they told us straight up that they were running low...or that we would need to wait for them to make a new batch??? FORTUNATELY (lol if you've gotten this far) they have an abundant amnt of grass jelly (or so it seems) because one drink we ordered was a large grass jelly roasted milk tea and I kid you not, HALF THE TING WAS FULL OF GRASS JELLY LOL IT'S LIKE THEY ACCOMODATED FOR THE LACK OF TAPIOCA BALLS WITH AN OVERWHELMING AMNT OF GRASS JELLY. /fin
