After 1.5 hours at last some food. 3 of 4 meals had to be sent back. 1-Burger was burned and dried, frits boiled. 2 ribs were completely dried out and the wings were cold 3-steak was hard. We got the bill for drinks and went to Montana. (A great improvement) Will not be back.

My wife and I had the best Sirloin Steak dinner for less than $30 overall. Yes, no misprint (without taxes and tip) In addition, we had 2 pints of beer for $4 each, because we ate before 5. The steaks were only 7... but they were big enough for us and tasted great. For comparison, I recently had a 12 ounce of the same cut at the keg that cost me $50 per! Now the keg steak was a bit tastier, but the meat was the same quality and this restaurant has a l bigger steak for about $20, why are you going to the keg? The only negative is that they add a small supplement to your bill without telling you!

Family of 4 celebrations Mother's Day, we choose Chucks because I was there before for a work lunch and like the food and the prices. First sign of the terrible service, we come there and no one who greets the customers on arrival, we wait 7 minutes before... someone acknowledges our presence at the front door when another 10 people were locked behind us and the door, it is almost 4:00 a.m. and the restaurant was half full, many tables to accommodate all quickly in the waiting line. We order drinks and immediately our order, nothing unusual from the menu, no appetizers, a buffalo chicken sandwich, a chicken tender and 2 steaks. After the waiter disappear from the restaurant, we wait further, and wait, and wait, good 45 minutes pass, and I realized that the people after us in the setup they already eat, that is when I search for our server to ask about our order is almost 5:00 and they just said it will check with the kitchen, they came back to tell us that our order is not ready yet and we have 4 to come back to them. With everywhere closed because of Covid, we ordered from this place for Mother's Day and were pleasantly surprised how large the portion sizes were. The food was delicious and came neatly packed. As soon as things are open, I hope to dinate personally, but... for that, the food was good and the prices were reasonable.

My girlfriend and I ordered a number of appetizers for take out instead of main courses and that was a mistake! The chicken quesadilla was burnt and when we opened it up there was hardly anything inside. The Chuck 's size famous caesar salad was small,...they skimped on the dressing and the flavour was nothing to write home about. We could have gotten a better caesar salad at Metro or Sobeys! The steak bites were bland with no CRH sauce. The bruschetta was okay but some pieces had no toppings. The spinach and goat cheese dip was good but portion size was small for the price. Just an overall crappy experience. Too many other places out there to try instead of going back to this one!! If you go... good luck!!
