Churrasqueira Nova Esperanca - Brampton

I went in for a half chicken dinner, but the cashier didn't ask how I wanted it and just assumed mild. When I requested it spicy, she tried to charge me for a small hot sauce. I clarified that I wanted the sauce on the chicken, and she agreed, but when I got home, it was still mild. The vegetables were bland, and the portion seemed smaller than before. Overall, it was mediocre at best and not what it used to be.

I ordered catering for my son's birthday, and I was very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. All my guests loved the food and kept going back for seconds. I would definitely recommend their catering to my friends and family!

Amazing!! They saved me when I was in a bind!! They stayed 5 minutes past closing on the Easter long weekend and made me chicken for a last minute party. They even helped me bring it to my car. Food was tasty! Thank you!

I live right next door to this restaurant, so I visit quite frequently. Their fried shrimp is amazing—crispy and just $0.50 each, which is a fantastic deal. My family used to get it every week! The deep-fried pork belly is usually excellent, especially when heated up. Occasionally, some parts of the pork can be a bit tough, but that's just the nature of pork. Overall, it's delicious!

I've been trying to call to place a large family order this past week, but there was no answer or additional information provided on their voice recording. When I finally got there yesterday, I learned they are closed from Aug 21-Sep 4. While there is a sign in the window, I only saw it after driving all the way there. I suggest updating your voicemail recording with your closed dates so others don't go all the way there, only tp learn they're closed for the rest of summer.
