Fat Bastard Burrito Co. - Brampton

What a disappointment. I ordered three burrito bowls: two with chicken and one with chicken and shrimp. They advertise having roasted chicken, but what I received was the whitest, least appetizing chicken I've ever seen. It definitely wasn't roasted—more like it wasn't cooked at all. They didn’t even grill it like they do at places like Burrito Boyz or Fresh Burrito. As a result, the food was ice-cold. I've had warmer meals from Subway! The black beans were just floating in some kind of sauce or liquid, and the rice was completely unseasoned. Overall, the food lacked any flavor. I've eaten at this restaurant before, and it was never this bad. It seems like the ownership has changed, and unfortunately, it's for the worse. I don't understand why they felt the need to change a successful formula. If you're looking for a burrito bowl with actual flavor, you'll want to go somewhere else. It’s not worth the money or the trip. I definitely do not recommend it. The only positives were that the place was clean and the staff was friendly.

My wife and I came here after a long day at work and we're very pleased with the food, the big portions and really impressed by the staff; who while working alone made our order quickly.We actually went out of our way from our usual burrito spot because of the options here, if you haven't had noodles in your burrito or tequila lime sauce you're missing out.

I used to really enjoy this franchise, but my recent experience was disappointing. I got a burrito today, and the beans were practically swimming in water. I can't help but wonder if there's any quality control in place. More and more of their locations seem to be making the same mistake. This has really ruined what used to be a great burrito spot. Now it's just a soggy burrito with rice and no crunch. Food rating: 1/5.

This is the worst place to get a burrito. I've ordered from here multiple times through Skip and UberEats, and I recommend saving your time and money by going somewhere else. The first time I ordered, they mistakenly added meat to my veggie burrito. As someone who has been vegetarian my whole life, I took a bite before realizing the error, and they didn’t offer a real apology. I thought I’d give them another shot, but my most recent order was disappointing as well. They overloaded the burrito with rice and beans, leaving out all the toppings I had requested. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would advise others to steer clear of this place.

Ordered a burrito and the rice was hard. Didn’t taste fresh and the meat was cold. The previous time I ordered a bowl and it was just caked in sauces. It felt like I was eating soup.Food: 1/5
