Feedback gevenI recently complained about the staff working in this facility and how they burned my pizza. The manager contacted me, was very sincere, excused, and staff were disciplined, thanks to Manpreet Singh. Thank you for clarifying everything.
My wife arrived at the restaurant two minutes late and the driver seemed upset, even though he never rang the doorbell. She noticed two missed calls on her phone, even though the driver's estimated time of arrival was 19:54 and he arrived at 20:00. Despite the confusion, the driver handed over the pizza and my wife felt rushed to leave as she was told there was a three-minute limit at the venue. Despite the initial hiccups, everything turned out okay in the end.
We ordered a Panormus pizza and it was extremely burnt to the point where we could not eat it! There was a significant language barrier and the server did not understand when I tried to explain that the pizza was badly cooked and that I wanted a replacement. I felt uncomfortable paying for a pizza that was inedible. They were unaccommodating and eventually hung up on me when I tried to discuss the issue over the phone. I do not recommend this restaurant.
I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurant. I visited on a weekday at 2:30 and typically call ahead to place my order. The food was always ready and accurate when I arrived. The staff is friendly and polite and they accept Apple Pay, which is very convenient. I will definitely be returning in the future! I ordered the garlic bread with cheese, the Creamy Chicken Alfredo meal (without chicken), and a cheese platter.
I did visit this place few times ,Only once for dinner. They charge arm and a leg , for pizza and Cesar salad. I do like this pizza but still do not get why they charge 30 or more for pizza. This is just...dough and souse ,5 slices pepperoni 3 pieces of mushroom and cheese.
