Food is good, but staff is out of paper plates, i came with family and guests, to dine inn,

I did place order on uber eats today for medium pizza with butter chicken and pepperoni. I did spend $20 on this pizza and I barely eat a slice from it because the condition of the crust and the chicken pieces on the top were the worst. Firstly, the there were hardly four pieces of chicken on the whole pizza and all the chicken pieces were not cooked well. They were pink from inside and after eating that my stomach start hurting and still it hurts, it was the worst experience ever. I am not going to order anything from the store or from other store of same brand and surely I am not going to recommend this to anyone. worst experience ever

My girlfriend and I visit this pizza pizza often. They are open late which is convenient, food is great and staff are friendly. Would recommend!

Bunch of scammers that don’t honour their 40 minutes or free policy. Instead, lie saying they’ve arrived at the correct time. Never do I argue, nor did I really care about the money, the driver was late and I was curious to see whether Pizza Pizza really will honour their policy. Waste of time calling them, Customer Service told me the driver contacted me at the exact delivery time as he had arrived.. nobody was outside my door and nobody called lol. Just remove the policy if you won’t honour your promise… before it becomes a legal issue.

About half the dough they are supposed to use. Go to heart lake plaza location, 10x better
