Seaside Eats - Brampton

The first time I tried Seaside Eats, I thought it was okay, but the food was overly salty and the manager who was helping was quite aggressive to me. I decided to give it a second chance and recently tried it again. The food was even saltier than the first time around, but that wasn't even the worst part. I cannot stress enough how much the managers mistreat their employees. I tried to tip the nice young lady who was helping me, she looked like a teenager so she was a young girl. And the manager instantly snatched the tip I put next to her. She seemed so upset and I did not know what to do. Do not support this franchise. They have horrible food and their employees are extremely mistreated, despite what other reviews might say.

I came here not too long ago and wrote a review for it as well. My first experience I gave them 3 stars because the manager was extremely rude to me, and my food was extremely salty. I came back here recently and my experience was EVEN WORSE. The same manager was helping me, I've learned his name is Umar (I'm not sure how to spell it) and he is extremely hostile with not only the customers but the employees. I tried to tip the young lady who was helping me with my order and the manager tried to steal the tip I gave her! I felt so bad for the employee, she looked extremely disappointed and upset, as if this isn't the first time he's stolen someones tip. I would NOT recommend this place, the food is too salty, the managers are extremely rude and mistreat their employees, and there are plenty of other better seafood restaurants to try.

I recently was in the area of 410 and Steeles. It was lunchtime and being a pescatarian I was desperately searching for something seafood. SeaSide Eats caught my eye. I definitely had to check this place out. I couldn 't go to another chicken joint and order their fish or veggies burgers anymore. They can 't hold a flame to what I experienced at SeaSide Eats! It was my first time and this is the only SeaSide Eats (I would love to open one up near my neck of the woods franchise anyone?? Anyhow, I saw the salmon dinner ad on their window and my stomach said oh yes, that one.... Walked in and didn 't know where to start. The guys behind the counter we friendly and helpful, the customer service is on point. I wanted to try something else as well, the recommendation was the shrimp tacos. Man, it was good! I got all the toppings and I could barely hold onto the taco, it was so filling I had to wait to eat my salmon meal. You have to try this place if your a fan of seafood. I will be eating here quite often. I WISH THERE WERE MORE SEASIDE EATS AROUND!

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! I bought 3 tacos and 2 rice bowls last night around 7:30 P.M and this was first time ordering from this restaurant. 1. The food took roughly 40 minutes to prepare. 2. Shrimp and Fish was burnt and the rice was very SALTY I couldn’t even eat it, I ended up throwing it out such a waste of time and money. This store just lost future revenue from any repeat business!

The food is delicious here!! The Seaside sauce is a must! Everything was made fresh, and you could definitely taste the difference. The owner was extremely gracious kind a great guy! We will definitely be coming back soon to try the tacos much more. Highly recommended!Pictured is the shrimp rice bowl, fish rice bowl, calamari and curly fries.
