Shalimar Bistro - Brampton

Wow! A friend and I was greeted to a cosmopolitan but less chaotic atmosphere the moment we entered the door.

We went to the restaurant for dinner one Friday night within 15-20 days of it opening.

The food may have been good, but the really bad service forced us to leave this place with a bad reviewIt took them an hour to get us our apps.

The atmosphere is quiet and professional, the waitstaff charming and helpful and the food is very good. The spicy dishes are cooked to your own preference. For a European palate "medium" is pretty hot! However, all the other flavours come through.It was a very enjoyable visit.Friends had been for lunch and had recommended it to us.

We were on Saturday afternoon and surprising that there was no one. The servers are very friendly and polite. They have their own in house draught beer which is delicious. Great food with amazing customer service. For appetizer was Pani Puri, Fish Pakora, Chicken Seekh Kebab. For Main had Paneer, Butter Chicken, Chicken Kali Mirch and Manchurian. Had rice, papadum, Butter naan,raita and at the end Gulab Jamun. All this was buffet but it was not self severed.Waiter was bringing to table. Highly recommended for a quality food and delicious taste
