Very poor customer service from last 2 times we order they keep giving us wrong food so I thought of giving them 1 more opportunity but it's really disappointing. We order tumtum Khamen they give us vatidal Khamen since I order my husband pick up he doesn't know what I order when we open I call them back they Said they will replace so we went back to pick up right order and we found out this time again something else which is really upsetting they can not correct order after we even give them a opportunity. When I call the store the guy who pick up the call he lied so they don't have to replace the order, he said his not working today come on Monday. then he said they can prepared be half of him so when we went to collect the food guy was in the store so I ask him why other boy lied then When i open the box it looks excectlly sane as tumtum so I did not bother much when we came home and try them they literally socked in suger syrup and just sprinkal with paprika powder that's not how you replace the order after making all ready mistake first time or let customer know that they are out of stock and please come next time to collect. So they lied and give the wrong order which they was all ready replacing to correct the mistake really disappointing I would not prefer my friend and family to go to this store to keep facing same issue as me.

I visited this place many times, sometimes they have lots of item that are freshly made but sometimes they spoiled it. Please try to go their on weekdays. I usually have their white dokla and sweet khaman. Apart from all these i just love their rotis Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch
