Silver Spoon - Brampton

During the weekends, no one answers the phone after I called more than ten times. However, when I tried calling on weekdays, they confirmed that they were open.

Is there really anything else to say? Make sure to visit while they are still open. The food was amazing until I witnessed something that completely turned me off. Now, I wouldn't even consider going back. What really disappointed me was the lack of apology. They seemed to think we should just accept it as part of running a business.

The Silver Spoon has great food at a great price. A lot of variety and fast service. Food is always fresh and tasty.

I've been a customer in the silver spoon for a long time, but always in Mississauga. I decided to try this industry and called ahead to order my court and told them I might be 20 minutes later depending on the traffic. They never asked about my phone number or a name like other restaurants. Once I was there, they told me they already sold my court to another customer. I came to shop in 30 minutes and the customer service was terrible. They said that I told them that I will pick up the order in 10 minutes and that they have a late policy. Not even when I ordered, they mentioned that there was a late policy and that it was my fault because I had not given them my phone number so they could call. The food is half decent, but the workers are not the most beautiful. I would recommend another branch if the restaurant is one of your favorites.

The food at this restaurant is generally tasty. However, my main complaint is that the biriyani often lacks a sufficient amount of beef, mutton, or chicken.
